GENERAL CONDITIONS IN GUEST ROOMS

ARTICLE 1: This contract is intended for the exclusive use of the reservation in bed and breakfast. We will do our utmost to give our travelers a warm welcome and allow them to fully enjoy our region.

ARTICLE 2: The customer can not under any circumstances invoke any right to maintain the premises at the end of the period initially provided for in this contract, unless agreed by the owner. No modification (erasure, overload, ...) will be accepted in the drafting of the contract without the agreement of both parties. The owner undertakes not to disclose to any third party any information whatsoever, on any medium whatsoever, that the tenant has been
brought to him on the occasion of the execution of this contract. These latter provisions, however, are not applicable to requests for information made by administrations and / or the Courts.

ARTICLE 3: Establishment of the contract:The reservation becomes effective when the customer has sent the owner a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the price of the stay with a minimum of one night per room and a copy of the signed contract. The second copy of the contract is to be retained by the customer. Prices are inclusive of all charges, excluding tourist taxes.

ARTICLE 4: Cancellation by the customer: a) Cancellation before the beginning of the stay: any request for cancellation must be notified as soon as possible to the owner. The client will remain liable for 50% of the booking amount. If the cancellation is notified less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, the total amount will remain due by the customer. b) If the customer does not appear before 19 hours, the day of his stay, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of these rooms. The deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the total price of accommodation.c) In case of shortened stay for any reason whatsoever, the price corresponding to the total cost of the accommodation remains fully acquired to the owner.

ARTICLE 5: Cancellation by the owner: When the owner cancels your stay for his own reasons, before the beginning of your stay, he must inform the customer signing the contract. The customer will be immediately refunded the sums paid. The latter could possibly claim compensation equal to the penalty he should have incurred if the cancellation had occurred at the same time.

ARTICLE 6: Arrival: The client must appear on the specified day and at the times mentioned on the contract. In case of late or delayed arrival, the customer must inform the owner.

ARTICLE 7: Payment of the balance: the payment of the stay must be paid upon arrival.
Potential consumption and additional services not mentioned in this contract will be settled on the spot.

ARTICLE 8: Tourist tax:The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then return it to the public treasury.

ARTICLE 9: Use of the premises: The client must respect the peaceful character of the premises and use them according to their purpose. He agrees to make the rooms in good condition, and not to smoke in the enclosure of the house.

ARTICLE 10: Capacity: This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of people exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse additional persons. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification of the contract, or a breach of the contract on the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of a number of customers higher than those refused, no refund can be considered.

ARTICLE 11: Pets: The client is informed that two cats live on the premises. Access to the rooms is forbidden.
The customer may subject to the prior express agreement of the owner to stay with an animal.
In case of non-compliance with this clause by the client, the owner may refuse the animals. This refusal can not be considered as a modification or breach of contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of the customer, no refund can be considered.

ARTICLE 12: Litigation: When taking possession of your room, the owners will endeavor to make every effort to guarantee their guests a quality service throughout the stay. If, despite everything, there is any dispute beyond our control, the owners will make sure to answer and resolve any malfunctions found to allow you to enjoy your stay.
